Shop Estratto Commercial Single Serve Coffee Maker & Stainless Water Cooler

Description

Do you spend time refilling your brewer daily?

Our single serve coffee brewer uses a water cooler to refill itself, so you don't have to. Uses a normal 5 gallon water bottle, good for 80 cups of coffee! Compatible with the many beverage types available in K-Cups®*.

Engineered for heavy use, this robust coffee brewer is made for non-stop use in cafés, restaurants, offices or busy homes.

As the brewing temperature is 9F to 31F hotter than other single serve brewers, the coffee comes out aromatic, with taste fully developed, like at your favorite coffee shop.

Your cup is brewed in just over 30 seconds, about twice as fast as other brewers. Our patented ThermoregulatorTM technology keeps the hot water at a steady 201°F, the ideal brewing temperature for a rich, smooth cup.

Our FeatherHeatTM technology slows calcium buildup, reducing descaling to yearly, instead of monthly.

About 60% of the front is appliance grade Stainless Steel to compliment your kitchen, café or office.

ThermoregulatorTM technology keeps the cold water at a steady 40°F and the hot at a steady 194° to 201°F which means it's always ice cold and steaming hot.

Typical water coolers fluctuate from 170°F to 197°F, not hot enough to make proper tea most of the time.

Customer Reviews

1 out of 5 stars Worked great for 1 week!

Had been looking for a water cooler for some time since I've been renting mine. Saw this and loved it since we always use Keurig for coffee. Ordered it through Amazon and came about a week later. Looks great, stainless steel and black matches our kitchen. For the first week, it was great! Hot coffee, cold water. A week goes by, go to make my coffee....nothing...try the hot water, it is at room temperature. Look in the manual, no help there. Call the company for technical support, get a voice mail and leave a message. End of the day, no call back so I call again, this time for customer service. They transfer me to someone's voice mail, and I leave another message. Next morning I try to call again....busy signal. Busy signal all morning. In the afternoon I get customer service and ask for a manager. She gets on the phone and I explain the problem. Tells me somebody will call me back. Later that day get a phone call. They say I should pack up the machine (I guess lucky for me I had not had time to recycle the cardboard so the box was still in my garage). I ask about replacing the machine, and they tell me they are in Canada and it is too far away, so I should reorder it. They will issue me a credit once they have the machine and "they are not sure I sent them a toaster oven"! Heck of a remark. Pack it up ship it back. Week goes by, no credit, so I email Water Owl (that is who you order it from through Amazon) and they say the credit will show up in 3-5 days. And it does. Now I ask myself do I try another one, or not? This is the second review where their product stopped working. Great concept, but just not sure about the quality.ps...just checked the price...I paid about $340...now it it about $440!July update....Read more ›

5 out of 5 stars So far it is great. Makes a nice cup of coffee:update

Got it a couple of weeks ago and on our third bottle. So far it is great. Makes a nice cup of coffee, better than our Kuerig (maybe because it brews with slightly hotter water). The refrigerated water is used more often than the coffee function, and is very popular with our family. It gives a nice cold glass with reasonable speed. Not very noisy, and easy to change bottles. If it lasts two years I will be happy. If it lasts four, I will be delighted. I will update if problems arise, but so far it is a winner. The trays for the cups could be a little bigger, but they have been sufficient. The hot water safety precaution is effective without being burdensome.Update Aug 26: No problems so far. Makes good coffee and we enjoy the water.Thought I should update given others' reliability issues. We sterilize and refill our two bottles with filtered water. We kept the carton for a month thinking it might break, after reading earlier reviews. We enjoy this appliance.Update: Sept. 23: We are very much enjoying this device. It provides a few cups of coffee every day, and almost all of our drinking water for four people. We go through two five gallon containers per week. I am still concerned that it might fail somehow after reading some other reviews, but (knock wood), so far, this is a very welcome addition to our home.Update Nov. 1. 2014: Still going strong after 100-150 gallons. I must mention that my model is the one with the stainless steel on the front. As far as I know it is otherwise identical to this unit. Note to LW Confectioner: This model is not self cleaning insofar as I recall. Regarding Costco (one of my favorite retailers), my understanding is that there will be regional variations on larger ticket electronic goods there. A bit frustrating, but the good seems to outweigh the bad.

5 out of 5 stars Estratto Commercial Single Serve Coffee Maker

We use a water cooler for drinking water...so, when I saw this with not only the bottom load for water jug, but also a built in single serve coffee maker...I was ecstatic! Not only do I not have to worry about water jugs with pin holes that leak all over the floor when loaded on the top-load coolers, but I freed up valuable counter space by not having a separate coffee maker. And I am not having to re-fill water reservoir all the time (which always seemed to be empty when I went to use it). Haven't had long enough to know how it will hold up...but for the price (about the combined cost of coffee maker and cooler if purchased separately), hope it lasts longer than my Keurig's did which had to be replaced about every two years. If it doesn't. I will probably go back to separate appliances so I don't have to replace the whole thing if part of unit quits working. Time will tell.

1 out of 5 stars One month old - no hot water
GypsyRed

Very disappointed. We bought this mid-July and now barely a month later, we get no hot water at all. We don't use the coffee maker really, it's more for visitor use. It worked great for the first 3 weeks, then started making a clicking noise every few minutes. When I went to use some of the hot water, it came out cool. Cold water side works great, just not the hot, but it's the hot water that's 90% of the reason we bought it. User manual was NO help at all, for no hot water, it basically says "make sure it's plugged in and turned on". Tried calling customer service, got a recording that it was after normal business hours and leave a message. I'll try again tomorrow, but I'm really disappointed to be having this issue when it's only 1 month old.Update: I called their customer service number and did get through pretty quickly to someone in tech support. I explained the problem to him and he asked where I bought it. I told him and his response was a blunt "you should just return it." No troubleshooting, no asking what I'd tried, nothing. So I returned it.
