I have owned two of these coffee makers, and each one of them had the same problem.....a little piece of the t-disc comes off of the pod and get's stuck in the water/coffee distributor where it brews. The fluid backs up because it can't get through to the coffee cup. The coffee explodes inside of the pod area, causing grounds and water to go everywhere. You have to pop out that piece and make sure the little piece of the aluminum off of the pod has rinsed out. Then you have to clean and rinse the entire front of the coffee maker thoroughly because it such a mess! Then after you get it all cleaned up and are finally going to get a cup of coffee, it happens again. I have been dealing with this for over a year and am so sick of it. I guess I will now buy a Keurig.
