It was a disaster. The machine came in the box but nothing was wrapped in plastic nor the cord was not secure with a wire. I thought oh well, and proceeded to try to run water through it prior to making coffee. The machine would not pump water from the water well. Then when I contacted them they said I had to pay shipping back, well Amazon contacted them for me and they did send me a pre-paid return slip. Never order from them again.

A great machine for coffee lovers! My only complaint is that my husband is messy! He gets coffee grounds everywhere! The machine itself is a little noisy but would purchase again!

This was a gift from our son to our daughter. I did a lot of research before purchasing this model. She's only had it since Christmas, but so far, so good... no issues. It's easy to use and she's experimenting with different Cappuccinos. For the money, this was a really good deal. I have not personally used it, but my daughter said it's easy to use and she couldn't have received a better gift from her brother. It's exactly what she wanted.

Works well, foam seems not very dense, but OK. A bit noisy. I like making cappuccino for several reasons; one being I use skim milk and it avoids buying half and half.
