Zojirushi is expensive, but it is worth the money. You can not go wrong with this one.

Use it everyday! Short of having an under the sink hot water hook up, this is the best. I can't believe how many uses I find for the quick hot water at the temps I choose. Wonderful.

Best Electric Dispensing Pot ever bought

I've had this one for almost 2 months now. I use it every day and left it on almost all day long. So far there is no problem with it at all. One thing I like the most is that its boiling sound is so quiet.Before I've got this one, I bought a cheaper one (around $70) and its boiling sound was so annoying and sometimes so loud. So I decided to return it and get a new one which is this one. Then I knew that the phrase "You get what you pay for" really applies for selecting Electric Dispensing Pot.

My in-laws had one and I thought I'd give it a try. Really good product. Build quality seems excellent. I've only owned it for about a month with no issues so we'll have to wait and see as far as durability goes. My in-laws also hasn't had any problems either and they've had it for couple of years. I found it really useful when cooking especially with a 5 liter capacity. Also great if you are a tea drinker because you always have hot water available. Initial boiling of water doesn't take very long. I would say less than 15 minutes to boil 5 liters of water. Overall, excellent product!

This thing makes life much easier if you have a big family or a lot of friends visiting your house. The only option I would change if I would be asked to redesign this pot is to modify the timer, because only 7 hours interval is not enough some times.
