I have owned this coffee maker for a year now and have nothing but praise for it. I have ditched the paper filters and gone with the gold filter. This makes the oils in the coffee bean filter through. This and brewing the coffee at the right temp have made for hundreds of pots of great tasting coffee.Cleaned the brewing parts following their directions and coffee maker is like new. I have used every programmable option on this machine and was never let down once. I have read replies were people say it is hard to fill, I have a 16oz Red Solo Cup sitting along side of the unit that I use to fill it with and never no problem.And the carafe itself is perfect, never a spill.

The shipment arrived quickly after the order was placed. The coffeemaker produces a delicious brew at the proper temperature (hot).
