The SAECO HD8954/47 Philips Xelsis EVO Fully Automatic Espresso Machine comes with a bottle of descaling cleaner, water filtration cartridge, cleaning brush, coffee scoop, lubricating gel and the user manual. This machine is state of the art and will automatically brew a very good coffee house specialty coffee within two or three minutes. The top opens up and it will hold almost a full bag of whole bean coffee. It has a eight setting grind setting and a ceramic coffee grinder built-in. It has a large water reservoir with a water filter installed. They will give you one filter to get you started.The entire machine is chrome and stainless steel and is something that you can be extremely proud to own. It seems like it is made very well and should last for many years. They back it with a one year warranty but it can be extended to five years simply by registering it when you first purchase it. A five year warranty on a machine like this is pretty good.On the front there are settings for different specialty coffee like espresso, espresso lungo, cappuccino, latte macchiato and cafe latte. You can select one of these specialty coffee drinks or you can make your own special drink. It has two heaters inside and it heats up super fast. I can brew a specialty coffee in this machine quicker than my Kuerig machine can brew a regular cup of coffee. It uses 1500 watts of power to really bring the heat fast. It has a nice clear milk carafe with a chrome handle. It does all the frothing work for you if you want it to or you can do it yourself with the manual frother on the left side.You can fully customize and save to memory how you like to brew your coffee. Good bye Starbucks!I have been using espresso machines for over 10 years now and this is by far the most expensive one I've purchased, but hands down the BEST! The last one I had was also a Saeco which I liked so I stuck with the brand. This coffee machine is not only sweet to run but the most awesome tasting coffee I've had. I absolutely LOVE that I can specifically program each member of my family for each drink on the menu. So with a few clicks of a button my cappuccino the exact strength in beans, crema, aroma, milk, froth, temp that I desire then 2 more clicks and an entire different cup specific to my husband's tastes is produced. Thank you Saeco!

This product is designed for kitchen use ONLY. It requires a 6 inch clearance (front, sides, and top) but does not get/feel hot to the touch.It looks great, works great, and is easy to clean. (Instructions are included to test for hard water.
