Love this blender. Has great power with not as much noise as you would expect from such a large motor. Nothing sticks to sides because has fifth side(Wildside pitcher). When add a bunch of ice to my shake this blender will give it the consistency of a real ice cream shake(my trick is I put in Yogurt or cottage cheese and peeled cooked sweet potato).

I'm a patient person, I really am. But I ordered this blender over 3 weeks ago, and Blendtec still hasn't even shipped it to me. I hope one day I might enjoy this blender, but I'm no longer confident I am ever going to receive the blender I ordered. I have placed numerous calls to customer service about this, and they told me stories of inventory problems I was also told over a week ago, that my order was processing and that I should see it by the end of last week. 1 week later, still no blender, I called and was told that my order still had not been processed and that it "should" ship in the next couple of days. I really If I had to do this all over again I think I would buy a brand new Vitamix 5200 at Costco for the exact same price (and not paid for the imaginary shipping costs), and at this point I'm strongly considering that option.When I received an email moments ago from Blendtec, I naively believed that the blender was shipped and finally on its way. Instead it was an email encouraging me to write a review and rate my product-- an opportunity I am all too eager to seize, the irony of the situation not being lost on me.Honestly Blendtec, if this is how you treat your customers, I'm amazed you are still in business.Pro: It literally takes up no room.Con: The is no blender.Pro: It is absolutely silent.Con: Because I still don’t have a blender.
