Commercial? Not even "Residential!"

We bought three of these for our church. Our church doesn't have a large budget for these sorts of supplies, so the price-tag on this item was very attractive to us. We brew one batch of 40 cups in each urn, every Sunday. After 7 months of perfect operation, all three of them died within two weeks of each other. They all show the same symptoms of death... Fill them with water and coffee and plug them in, watch the blue light blink on and off for a couple of hours, then observe that the coffee grounds are "damp," and that your "Coffee" is slightly tanned hot water. The vast majority of the grounds were still dry.We have since purchased a legitimately "Commercial" coffee maker from a local Restaurant Supply company and are very happy with the results. I suppose that in the Coffee Urn world, you actually *DO* get what you pay for.
